Heroes is an American science fiction drama television series, created by Tim Kring, which premiered on NBC on September 25, 2006. The show tells the story of several people who “thought they were like everyone else… until they woke with incredible abilities” such as telepathy, time travel and flight. These people soon realize they have a role in preventing a catastrophe and saving mankind. The series follows the writing style of American comics with short, multi-episode story arcs that build upon a larger, more encompassing arc. Even with small story arcs that move the story forward, Kring said “we have talked about where the show goes up to five seasons“.

Greys Anatomy

Grey's Anatomy is an Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning US medical drama. The series revolves around Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), who began in the show as a surgical intern at the fictional Seattle Grace Hospital in Seattle, Washington. She and the other former interns became residents at the end of the third season. The show features an ensemble cast, though Meredith is presented as the central character, providing voice-over narration at the beginning and end of most episodes. The title of the show is an allusion to the anatomy textbook Gray's Anatomy, and a play on the central character's (Meredith Grey's) name. Every episode title comes from the title of a song.
